  Bankers are unaware of their promotional offers and how to go about fulfilling their jobs to welcome possible new account holders. I talked to Sofija, a nice lady, but oblivious to the company's procedures which counters her nice personality and depicts the true character she is as a Citi Bank banker. She referred me to the "manager" who helped elucidate the situation. Amanda Davila, vice president and manager per business card title, took charge to inform me that she would look deeper into the facts about the promotion that I have received in the mail. This was over a week ago when she told me she would figure out the exact protocol on how to go about with this promotion that I was denied on the premises. As you might guess from the foreshadowing in the amount of stars I gave on this review, she has not reached out to me yet. So, lucidity was made to me that they do not care about gaining new account holders. In conclusion, Citi Bank is an unorganized organization or corporation because of the extremely poor foundation. Seems odd to me that I fulfilled all the criteria listed on the promotion when the bankers told me information that was contradictory with the information written on the letter. If you ask me, that is terrible customer service and poor knowledge of your own company. I refuse to deal with duplicity, and that is all that you have shown me with your orchestrated facade of a marketing letter.
